Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use shrimadhopur.in (the "platform"), run by TBD, TBD, Shrimadhopur, Sikar, Rajasthan 332715 ("we", "us"). By signing in, booking a ticket or posting an event you agree to them.

1. What we do

shrimadhopur.in lists events in Shrimadhopur and lets people get free passes and buy tickets online. Events are organised by independent organizers, not by us. We sell tickets and collect payments on the organizer's behalf, and pass the money on to them after the event.

The organizer is responsible for the event itself: the programme, venue, safety, permissions from police and local authorities, and everything that happens at the event.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure; bookings made from it are treated as yours.
  • Give your real name and a working mobile number at checkout — the organizer may use it to contact you about the event.
  • We may block accounts used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.

3. Booking tickets

  • Prices are set by the organizer and shown in Indian Rupees. The amount shown on the Pay button is the full amount you pay. We do not add a booking fee.
  • When you start a paid booking, your seats are held for 10 minutes. If payment isn't completed in that time, the seats are released.
  • A booking is confirmed only when you see the confirmation screen or receive the confirmation email. If money is deducted but the booking isn't confirmed, it is refunded automatically — see the refund policy.
  • Free passes are limited to one booking per person per event.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay or PhonePe. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

4. Your ticket

  • Each booking has one QR code that admits everyone on it. You can enter together or separately until all tickets are used.
  • Anyone holding your QR code can use it. Share it only with people in your group.
  • The organizer may refuse entry for misbehaviour, intoxication or breaking venue rules, and may check ID. No refund is due in these cases.
  • Tickets may not be resold for profit.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

If an organizer changes the date, time or venue, we will tell ticket holders. If an event is cancelled, paid tickets are refunded in full. Otherwise tickets are non-refundable. The refund policy has the details.

6. Organizers

Organizers must be verified by us before they can post events. By posting an event, an organizer confirms that:

  • the event details, poster and prices are true and not misleading;
  • they hold every permission the event needs and are responsible for the safety of attendees;
  • the content contains no hate speech, adult content or misleading offers;
  • they will honour every ticket sold through the platform.

We may hide or remove events, or suspend organizers, that break these rules. Payouts to organizers are made after the event, less any refunds, to their verified bank account.

7. Liability

We provide the platform "as is". We are not responsible for the conduct of an event, its organizer or attendees, or for loss, injury or damage at an event. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the platform means you accept it.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sikar, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
