Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-08
Tickets on shrimadhopur.in are sold on behalf of event organizers. This policy explains when you get your money back.
When you get a full refund
- The event is cancelled by the organizer or by us. Every paid ticket is refunded in full — you don't need to ask.
- Your payment arrived too late. If your payment completes after your 10-minute seat hold ran out and the event has sold out in the meantime, the booking can't be confirmed and the full amount is refunded automatically.
- You were charged twice for the same booking. The extra payment is refunded automatically.
- Money was deducted but no booking was made. If a payment fails part-way, your bank or the payment gateway returns it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.
When tickets are not refundable
Except for the cases above, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded — including if you can't attend, arrive late, or are refused entry for breaking the venue's rules.
If the event changes
If the organizer changes the date, time or venue, we'll tell you by email and in the app. If you can no longer attend, write to us within 3 days of the change with your booking ID. We'll decide with the organizer case by case; refunds for changes are not guaranteed.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet). We can't refund in cash or to a different account.
- Once we start a refund, it usually reaches you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
- You'll get an email when a refund is issued, and the booking will show "Refunded" in My Tickets.
- We don't charge any fee on refunds.
Free passes
Free passes have no payment, so there is nothing to refund. If you can't go, you don't need to do anything.
